Nominating Petitions for School Board
Nominating petitions for the Hudson City School District Board Election which will be held on May 21, 2013, will be available beginning March 13, 2013 at the Clerk of the Board’s office located at Hudson High School, 215 Harry Howard Ave., Hudson.
The Hudson City School District has:
one (1) Board vacancy for a 5-year term
one (1) Board vacancy for an unexpired 2-year term
To qualify for membership on a school board, an individual must be able to read and write, must be a U. S. Citizen, 18 years of age or older and must be and have been a district resident for at least one year prior to the election, but need not be a taxpayer.
The completed petitions must be returned to Frieda Van Deusen, Clerk of the Board’s office by 5 P.M. on May 1st.

Board of Education meetings will now be held in the Hudson High School library. Residents are encouraged to park in the north parking lot (by the electronic sign) and enter through the door by the parking lot. Signs will be posted.
