    • Survey students, parents, staff and community as sources of data, vital to the analysis of results and extent of improvements.

    • Develop a K-12 program of academic excellence:
      • Coordinate improved instructional practices that are research-based, standards-based, aligned w/NYSED benchmarks, resulting in improved academic performance by students, as measured by local and state data analysis and comparison.
