Suspicious Activity Reported (12/12/2018)

Suspicious Activity Reported on Arthur Avenue: Yesterday evening (Wednesday, December 12, 2018), at approximately 4 p.m. a student reported a suspicious person in the area of Arthur Avenue and Joslen Blvd. According to police, the student was approached by a man in a vehicle who repeatedly asked the student if he needed a ride, even after the student refused more than once. After driving down the street, the man turned around and drove back toward the student. At this point, the student reported the individual to neighbors. The suspicious person was described as a clean shaven African American male with short hair in his 30s, driving a dark blue Toyota SUV. Law enforcement was notified. We share this information as a precaution and ask that you report any suspicious persons or activity to law enforcement.

New School & Open House

Beginning in the 2018-2019 school year, students in Grades K-1 will attend school at the Montgomery C. Smith Elementary School in the newly constructed primary wing (102 Harry Howard Avenue, Hudson). Children entering pre-kindergarten in September 2018 will also attend school in the new primary wing at M.C. Smith Elementary.

On Wednesday, August 29, 2018, from 5:30-6:30 p.m., parents/guardians of Hudson students in Grades K-5 are invited to an Open House at Montgomery C. Smith Elementary School. We will have a short presentation about our school, followed by building tours. We hope to see you there!
